A 3-5 working day standard service (UK Mainland standard delivery for only £4.99).
Next Day service (next working day). Your order needs to be placed by 1:00pm to ensure we have enough time to process your order.
Before 9am service. Your order needs to be placed by 1:00pm to ensure we have enough time to process your order.
Before 12pm service. Your order needs to be placed by 1:00pm to ensure we have enough time to process your order.
Please note: Any orders placed after Friday 1pm for Next Day Delivery will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. In the case of a Bank Holiday weekend, they will not be delivered until Wednesday.
We now offer a Europe delivery service.
Delivery Process
DPD Local industry leading innovations give customers an unrivalled parcel delivery experience. Thanks to Predict, customers receive a one hour delivery window, plus a host of rescheduling options both the night before and on the day of delivery.
They will text you the night before the delivery to let you know they're coming. You can text back to re-arrange, or you can go to the Interlink Express website and choose a specific date that suits you. Alternatively, you can have your parcel left with a neighbour or you can select a safe place for them to leave the parcel but it is worth noting that it is up to the driver on the day whether s/he thinks it's safe enough.

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.
RETURNS POLICY
Sleep and Beyond Limited offer a simple returns policy for all products purchased through our site www.sleepandbeyond.co.uk (our site) (subject to limited exceptions as detailed below).
Please follow the following guidelines in order to exercise your right to return product(s) back to us for a refund or exchange:

We also ask that you let us now (in writing with your returned product) if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. If you do require an exchange please tell us the product name and other relevant information you would like to exchange which is available from our site.
Once your return parcel arrives back we will then dispatch the alternative product you have requested (at your cost) or issue a refund back to the card you originally paid with. Please note that a refund or the delivery of your exchanged product can take up to 14 days.
